FINO

For Professional Firms & Mission-Driven Teams

We bring AI into your team's work, and we work with the people meeting it.

We come in, work with your people on the parts meeting AI for the first time, and build the integration into your actual workflows. No deck handed down. Theory only where it lives in the work. We teach, we facilitate, we build it with you.

Why We Do This

This Started Inside Our Own Engagements

Anna spent over a decade running operations inside fast-moving organizations before co-founding FINO. She knows what it looks like when capable people are buried under tools they did not choose.

When we started working with teams on Self-leadership, the same thing kept coming up after sessions. The inner work was shifting things. But on Monday morning, people were still drowning in AI tools nobody had time to learn, fears nobody had named, and the constant background hum of “we are falling behind.”

Some people were already deep in AI. Some were quietly resisting. Most were in the middle, too busy to try, unsure where to start.

So we built the offering. The Self-leadership practice we already do with teams, joined to operational and AI integration work built on years inside fast-moving organizations. One engagement, both sides at once.

What We Build

The Integration Most AI Rollouts Are Missing

A team that knows how to meet AI together.

Most AI training tries to override what people are feeling. Push the skeptic. Slow the enthusiast. Tell the middle group to try it. We do the opposite. We bring IFS-based practice into the room, name what every part of the team is bringing to this technology, and build a shared language for it. The resistance softens. The overwhelm gets workable. People stop performing okayness around AI and start using it for real.

AI in the actual work, not in a workshop.

We sit with your team in your real workflows. We see what is costing hours every week. We build the automations, write the prompts, set up a shared AI workspace for the team, and stay beside the people who will use it as they try it on real tasks. Not theory. Real implementation. By week three, your team is using tools they understand.

Team AI norms your people wrote together.

Most organizations adopt AI by accident. Someone uses one AI for one thing, someone else uses another for something else, and nobody ever names what the team agrees on. We facilitate the conversation. By the end of the engagement your team has written its own AI norms: what is okay, what is not, what stays human, what gets augmented. Not a policy handed down. A practice the team owns.

The Framework

Self-Leadership Applied to AI

In IFS, the qualities of Self-leadership are called the 8Cs. We map them onto how teams meet AI. Every engagement walks through these.

Curiosity and Calm

Meeting new tools with grounded openness.

Clarity and Compassion

Knowing what your team wants from AI.

Confidence and Courage

Trusting your own judgment when AI suggests something.

Creativity and Connectedness

AI in service of what is most human about your work.

The workshops and the implementation both move through these.

Common Questions

What teams ask about this work.

You are. That is the point. The partnership runs alongside your team's actual work. We sit in your real meetings, work with what is already on your plate, and remove the things eating hours every week. By month two, your team has more time, not less.

That is the overwhelm we work with. We do not add more tools. We help your team choose what actually fits your work, build a small team setup that holds everything in one place, and quiet the noise. You do not need another course. You need a practice.

Good. That fear is doing a job. We bring it into the work instead of arguing with it. When the fear is heard, it stops driving the decisions. That is when people start using the tools.

No. The tools remove the repetitive parts of the work. The people we work with end up doing more meaningful work, not less. The ones who learn the tools become more valuable to the organization, not less. We say this clearly to every team we work with.

No. Consultants recommend. We teach, facilitate, and build it with you. We are at the keyboard alongside your team. We are in the room when the hard conversations happen. We are still there in week eight.

No. We do not sell software or take vendor commissions. We work with what your team already has, or help you choose based on actual work, not what is trending.

Engagements run 60 to 90 days, depending on the team. Real shifts tend to show up in the first three weeks. Some teams continue with ongoing partnership after the pilot. Some take the work and run it themselves. Both are good outcomes.

What This Looks Like in Practice

How an engagement unfolds.

Every team is different. Engagements run 60 to 90 days, custom-shaped to the team. The shape holds the arc. The details get built around your team.

Phase 1
We meet the team where it is.

A kickoff with the cohort. Everyone meets us. People ask the questions they have been carrying. We map who is where with AI without judgment. No technical work yet.

Phase 2
Inner work first.

Before we touch tools, we slow the pace down and bring IFS-based practice into the room. People name what they are bringing to AI: the fears, the curiosity, the hopes, the resistance. The cohort starts building shared language for the work ahead.

Phase 3
AI in the actual work.

We are in your workflows alongside the team. The most tedious tasks come off your plate first. People see real time savings. Practice continues alongside implementation, deepening as the work gets more visible.

Phase 4
The team owns the practice.

Your tools are built. Your team has its own shared language and its own AI norms, written together. We close the engagement with everything documented. Some teams continue with monthly partnership. Some take the practice and run it. Both are good outcomes.

The Engagement

How it works.

We start small. Every engagement starts with a conversation.

1
Free call, 30 minutes.

Tell us what is happening with your team and AI. We tell you if we can help.

2
We map your team's relationship with AI.

We spend the first week understanding the cohort, the current tools, and the work. We come back with a custom shape for the engagement.

3
We run the workshops and the partnership.

A custom mix of workshops and operational support, shaped to your team's size, schedule, and depth. Inner work and implementation run together. That is the integration.

4
We hand it back to you.

At the end of the engagement you have a team that knows how to work with AI together, real tools built into your workflows, and your own AI norms. Some teams continue with ongoing monthly partnership. Some take the practice and run it. We support whichever path fits.

Who We Are

The People Behind the Work

Anna Milaeva

Anna Milaeva

Co-Founder

IFS Level 3 Practitioner, certified transformational coach, and ten years inside fast-moving organizations. I came to this work because I kept watching good teams meet new tools without the practice to make them stick. AI is the version of that pattern we are inside right now. I work at both layers because both layers matter.

Dario Giuffrida
