Inner operations
What is driving the decisions
One to one and small groups, for leaders ready to look at what is driving them. It shows up in how you decide, how you speak to people, and what you stop tolerating.
The model
Parts, and the Self underneath them
Internal Family Systems understands the mind as naturally multiple.
We all have parts. The inner critic. The people-pleaser. The one that shuts down under stress, and the one that takes over in conflict. They are all trying to help, and they took the job a long time ago.
IFS does not try to get rid of them. It helps you build a relationship with them. When you understand why a part does what it does, it no longer needs to run the show. What is left is what IFS calls Self: clear, calm, curious, and able to make a hard call without needing to be right.
In a professional setting, that is the difference between reacting and leading.
Parts work is the map. It keeps a session structured, so it is not an open-ended conversation that wanders. What the map does not do is hold the room. That comes from years of sitting with people through hard change, one to one and in groups. Anna is a Certified Deep Transformational Coach. Dario is an organizational psychologist who has worked with groups for twenty years.

One to one, or a small group
One to one
Private sessions, one to one. We work with what keeps happening. The avoidance. The overwork. The same argument in a different room. Then we find the part that is running it.

Four to eight people, two facilitators. In a group you see your own parts reflected in other people, which is what builds the shared language that changes how a team works.
