Self-leadership Circles
A Shared Language for Teams Under Pressure
An 8-week program that gives teams practical tools for staying grounded, honest, and effective, especially when it matters most.
What It Is
Built Around Your Team's Own Week
Eight weeks. Small group. Situations your team is living right now.
Most teams have the talent. What breaks down is what happens inside people when the stakes rise. Someone shuts down. Feedback lands wrong. A hard conversation gets avoided for weeks.
Self-leadership Circles give teams a practical framework for catching those moments and moving through them differently. Using parts work and IFS, people learn to recognize their own patterns and find their way back to clarity while it is still happening.
The language spreads. People start using it in meetings, in feedback conversations, in their 1:1s. That's when things shift.
What Changes
What Teams Report
- People stop taking things personally and start getting curious
- Difficult conversations happen sooner and with less damage
- Leaders catch their reactive patterns before they play out
- The team builds a shared language for what is going on underneath
- Meetings get shorter and decisions get clearer
The Format
How It Works
Each session runs 60 to 90 minutes. We combine teaching moments with live practice, examples pulled from your team's own week, and reflection. Sometimes breathwork when the group needs to land before going deeper.
Two facilitators guide every circle. Sessions are participative and built around what is happening in the room that day. People work on situations they are carrying right now, not case studies.
“We connected and spoke about things we had never been able to say out loud before. Something shifted in how we work together. It didn't feel like a workshop. It felt real.”Team participant
“Two of our leaders had been in conflict for months. Tension in every meeting, friction in every email. After going through this work, they can collaborate again. Their teams felt it immediately.”People Operations Lead

Where to Start
A Smaller Way to Start
Eight weeks is a serious commitment. There is a smaller way in.
Everyone reads Already In A Meeting, Anna's novel about five colleagues and the meetings running inside them. Then we facilitate one session on it: which of the five is in your meetings, and what that is costing you.
It takes an afternoon. The novel gives people something to point at, which tends to make the conversation more honest. By the end you will know whether Circles are right for you.
Paperback or Kindle, ordered by you for the team.
Questions
Frequently Asked
No. We teach everything from scratch. The framework is intuitive, and most people recognize their own patterns within the first session.
No. This is professional development grounded in a transformational framework. We don't do clinical work. We teach people a practical model for Self-leadership that they can use at work and beyond.
Good. We like skeptics. The program is practical and grounded, and it holds up to scrutiny. Skeptics tend to become the strongest advocates once they see the tools work on something they are actually dealing with.
60 to 90 minutes per week for the live session, plus roughly 15 to 20 minutes of reflection between sessions. Most of the practice happens inside the work people are already doing.
Yes. We begin with a discovery conversation to understand your team's dynamics and challenges. The core framework stays the same. The application is shaped to your context.
