Outer operations
The hours your team is losing
We find what is costing your team the most time, then we fix it. Built into how your team already works, and handed over so it keeps running.
Why we do this
Then Monday happens
The inner work changes things. We have watched it happen in circles, in sessions, in offsites. People come out clearer and more willing to say the hard thing.
And then they go back to work on Monday. Same emails. Same tasks that should take minutes eating hours. The operational noise grinding against everything that just opened up.
We kept hearing it. Anna spent over a decade running operations inside fast-moving organizations before co-founding FINO, and that background did not disappear. When the people we work with started naming the same operational problems, we started solving them.
Every one of these has started the same way. Someone said: this is costing us too much time, can you help. That is still the only question we start with.
How it goes
We start by watching the work
01
We map what actually happens
The process people actually run, including the workarounds nobody documented.
02
We find the expensive parts
The steps that eat hours, get skipped under pressure, or lose money where nobody looks.
03
We build it with your people
The people who do the work help build the fix. That is why it is still running after we leave.
04
We hand it over properly
Documented, owned by someone on your side, and simple enough that they will keep using it.
We recommend ninety days. That is how long it takes for a change to hold.
What you are buying
One operations partner, inside the work
One person in the operation with you, building the thing there has never been time to build. The scope is agreed with you and it moves when the business moves.
The same one, from the first call to the handover. We take a few clients at a time, which is what makes that possible.
We agree what matters most this month. When it is done we take the next thing, and when something breaks we take that instead.
A standing working session with the people who do the job, and someone to call when a decision cannot wait for the next one.
We scope it so the hours it gives back are worth more than the fee, and we tell you our estimate after the first week of watching the work.
Working with a law firm?
That work has its own page
Its own free scheduling tool, and a case story with real numbers in it.
Questions
The concerns we hear most
You do not manage it. We do. We come in, work out what needs fixing, build it, and stay with your team until it sticks. Your part is one thirty minute call to start.
Then that is where we start. We work with what your team already has wherever we can, and anything new has to be simple enough to use without training. If people will not use it, it did not work.
Nothing leaves your organization without your approval. Everything we set up runs inside your existing systems and permissions, and we agree what we can and cannot touch before anything starts.
The tools take the repetitive parts. The people end up doing more of the work that needed them in the first place. We say this to every team on day one.
No. We take nothing from vendors. We work with what you have, or help you choose based on the work in front of you.
From $4,500 a month, billed month to month with two weeks notice either way. The number follows the shape: a lighter engagement with fewer hours costs less, carrying a migration costs more. Nonprofit pricing is available. We agree the shape with you before any number is final.
