What This Looks Like in Practice

A Sample of How Week One Goes

Every firm is different. But the first week usually looks something like this.

Day 1

We get on a call with you and one or two people from your team. We ask one question: what took the most time this week? We listen and take notes. We do not pitch anything.

Day 2

We come back with a short list of what we can fix first, without touching your case management system or anything your IT team owns. You tell us if it makes sense before we build anything.

Day 3–4

We build the first version of each fix. For most firms this means document templates that generate in seconds, a scheduling tool that replaces the email chain, and a billing shortcut for incoming filings. You see everything before your team does.

Day 5

We sit with one or two people from your team and try each tool on live work. No training session, just: here is what it does, try it now. We fix anything that feels off on the spot.

Engagements start at $3,500 and are sized to your firm. A two-person pilot costs less than a full rollout. You get exact numbers with the workflow report, before you commit to the build.
