Why We Do This

This Started With Our Own Clients

Anna spent over a decade running operations inside fast-moving organizations before co-founding FINO. She knows what it looks like when capable people are buried under work that should not require them.

When we started working with legal teams on Self-leadership, the same things kept coming up after sessions. The inner work was shifting things. But the operational chaos was still there every morning.

The same documents built from scratch for every new case. Weeks of emails to find one mediation date. Billing entries slipping through the cracks. They asked if we could help with that too.

So we did.

What We Fix

The Hours You Should Not Be Losing

We are still scheduling mediations by email.

Someone proposes dates. People reply slowly. Dates expire before everyone agrees. You start over. We built a free tool that replaces this entire process with one link. Everyone picks their availability. You confirm the date. What used to take weeks takes one day.

Try the free scheduler

Every new case, someone builds the same documents from scratch.

Letters of representation, denial letters, affidavits. Your assistants know these by heart because they have written them hundreds of times. We set up tools that draft them automatically from the case information. Your team reviews, adjusts if needed, and sends.

We know we are leaving billing on the table.

Work happens fast and billing falls behind. Entries get forgotten. Revenue leaves and nobody notices. We set up a system that drafts billing entries as the work happens. Your team approves them instead of reconstructing the day from memory.

Start Here

The problem we hear most often is mediation scheduling. Weeks of emails to find one date that works for everyone. We built a tool that replaces the whole exchange.

  • The organizer selects available dates and gets a link
  • Everyone opens the link and picks which times work
  • The organizer sees where everyone overlaps and confirms the date
  • Everyone gets a confirmation automatically
  • The link locks

No account needed. No software to install. Works on any phone or computer. If you can send an email, you can use this.

Before You Call

The Concerns We Hear Most

We introduce simple AI tools that work like email. If you can type a sentence, you can use them. Most people get comfortable in the first session. No IT department needed. Just a browser.

You do not manage it. We do. We come in, figure out what needs fixing, build it, and work with your team until it sticks. Your job is one 30-minute call to start.

Nothing leaves your firm without your approval. Every tool we set up works inside your existing systems. We work with what you already have.

No. It removes the repetitive part of their job so they can focus on the work that needs a person. The assistants we have worked with end up doing more meaningful work, and they become the people who know how to run the tools, which makes them harder to replace.

We start with two people who want it. When their colleagues see how much time they are getting back, the rest tend to ask to join. We would rather let the results do the convincing than push a firm-wide rollout.

The full engagement runs four weeks, and firms tend to see time coming back within the first two. We move at whatever pace your team can absorb.

What This Looks Like in Practice

A Sample of How Week One Goes

Every firm is different. But the first week usually looks something like this.

Day 1

We get on a call with you and one or two people from your team. We ask one question: what took the most time this week? We listen and take notes. We do not pitch anything.

Day 2

We come back with a short list of what we can fix first, without touching your case management system or anything your IT team owns. You tell us if it makes sense before we build anything.

Day 3–4

We build the first version of each fix. For most firms this means document templates that generate in seconds, a scheduling tool that replaces the email chain, and a billing shortcut for incoming filings. You see everything before your team does.

Day 5

We sit with one or two people from your team and try each tool on live work. No training session, just: here is what it does, try it now. We fix anything that feels off on the spot.

End of week one

We check in. What saved time, what did not, what comes next. The tools stay in place either way. We keep building if it is working.

The Engagement

How It Works

We start small. Every engagement starts with a conversation.

1
Free call, 30 minutes.

Tell us what is eating your team's time. We tell you straight whether we can help.

2
We map your workflow.

We spend a week inside how your firm really runs. We come back with a plain-English report of what we would fix and what it saves you in hours per month. Fixed fee, applied in full if you move forward.

3
We build it and work with your team.

We set everything up and stay until everyone is comfortable. We adjust to however much time people need.

4
We stay on.

Monthly check-ins, updates, and new templates as your needs change. One small fixed monthly fee.
