Self-leadership Circles
An 8-week program that gives teams practical tools for staying grounded, honest, and effective, especially when it matters most.
What It Is
Eight weeks. Small group. Real work situations.
Most teams have the talent. What breaks down is what happens internally when pressure hits. Someone shuts down. Feedback lands wrong. A hard conversation gets avoided for weeks.
Self-leadership Circles give teams a practical framework for noticing those moments and moving through them differently. Using parts work and IFS, people learn to recognize their own patterns and find their way back to clarity in real time.
The language spreads. People start using it in meetings, in feedback conversations, in their 1:1s. That's when things actually shift.
What Changes
The Format
Each session runs 60 to 90 minutes. We combine teaching moments with live practice, real examples from your team's actual work, and reflection. Sometimes breathwork when the group needs to land before going deeper.
Two facilitators guide every circle. The sessions are dynamic, participative, and grounded in what's actually happening in the room. No lectures. No theory for theory's sake. Just practical work with real situations.
“We connected and spoke about things we had never been able to say out loud before. Something shifted in how we work together. It didn't feel like a workshop. It felt real.”Team participant
“Two of our leaders had been in conflict for months. Tension in every meeting, friction in every email. After going through this work, they can collaborate again. Their teams felt it immediately.”People Operations Lead
Who It's For
Questions
No. We teach everything from scratch. The framework is intuitive, and most people recognize their own patterns within the first session.
No. This is professional development grounded in a transformational framework. We don't do clinical work. We teach people a practical model for Self-leadership that they can use at work and beyond.
Good. We like skeptics. The program is designed to be practical and grounded, not woo. Most skeptics become the strongest advocates because the tools work in real situations.
60-90 minutes per week for the live session, plus roughly 15–20 minutes of reflection between sessions. The real practice happens in the work people are already doing.
Yes. We always begin with a discovery conversation to understand your team's specific dynamics and challenges. The core framework stays the same, but the application is tailored to your world.
Start with a 30-minute conversation. We'll explore what's happening with your team and go from there.
