Coaching
One-on-one and group coaching grounded in Internal Family Systems. We work with what's underneath, and the results show up everywhere.
The Framework
Internal Family Systems is an evidence-based model that understands the mind as naturally multiple. We all have different "parts": the inner critic, the people-pleaser, the part that shuts down under stress, the one that takes over in conflict.
IFS doesn't try to eliminate these parts. Instead, it helps you build a relationship with them. When you understand why a part does what it does, it no longer needs to run the show. What emerges is what IFS calls "Self," a state of clarity, calm, curiosity, and compassion.
In a professional context, this is the difference between reacting and leading.
1:1 Coaching
Private sessions for leaders and professionals who are ready to go deeper. We work with the patterns that keep showing up: the avoidance, the overwork, the conflict loops, the quiet burnout. We trace them to their source.
Group Coaching
Small-group coaching for teams or cohorts of leaders. The group setting adds a powerful dimension: you don't just learn about your own patterns. You see them reflected in others. This builds empathy, shared language, and the kind of trust that changes how people work together.
