Once a week for 8 weeks, your team meets online with two facilitators. You learn to recognize what's happening inside when pressure hits. Then you practice using it on real work situations. No jargon. No theory for theory's sake. Just practical tools that work on Tuesday morning.

Organizational psychologist and facilitator with 20 years working with groups and communities across Europe and the Americas. I have held transformational space in dozens of contexts. At FINO I bring that depth into organizational life.
