# FINO

> The future of work is human. FINO is a coaching, consulting, and design practice founded by Anna Milaeva and Dario Giuffrida, applying Internal Family Systems (IFS) and organizational psychology to leaders, teams, and the businesses they build.

FINO combines deep inner work with practical execution. We coach leaders and teams using Internal Family Systems, run group programs and offsites, build websites for practitioners, integrate AI thoughtfully into people-first organizations, and lead transformational expeditions in nature. The premise: lasting change in how teams work together comes from change in how people relate to themselves first.
