# FINO

> Il Futuro È Ora. The future of work is human. FINO is a two-person practice founded by Anna Milaeva and Dario Giuffrida that works on both operating systems a team runs on: the inner one, made of people, and the outer one, made of process and tools.

Every team runs two systems at once. The outer system is the one everyone can see: the workflows, the tools, the calendar, the way decisions get made. The inner system is the one running inside the people: what happens under pressure, what gets avoided, who goes quiet. Most work addresses one and wonders why it did not hold. FINO works with both, and takes engagements where only one is needed. We work with small and medium businesses, professional firms and startups, typically ten to a hundred people, and we do the work ourselves.
